If it’s part of Big Sky summer then it’s part of The Shootout. \nShooting submission window May 1st – Aug. 16th\, 2026. \nPremiere on Tuesday\, August 25th at The Waypoint. \n\nShowtimes @ 6 PM & 8 PM\nAwards ceremony & after party 9:15pm.\nLive People’s Choice Awards voting for your favorite artists (Over $3K In Cash & Prizes!)\nDress up and get your picture taken on the Shred Carpet for a chance to win the Best Dressed Award and $100 Cash.\nSecond Season Pass raffle with lots of prizes!\n\nThe Big Sky Shootout is a full on visual celebration of Big Sky’s mountain community and culture. It pays tribute to our local customs and traditions\, gives voice to social issues\, showcases the work and talents of the many creatives that call this place home\, and does it all with a smile\, tear and a laugh.
